About TIPS Hospitality

TIPS Hospitality is a lesson-based training app focused on practical hospitality, service habits, and leadership development.

The app is designed to help users build faster, warmer, and more intentional service behaviors through short, focused lessons.

Access and purchases

Some TIPS content is available for free.

General access unlocks the core hospitality lessons.

Leadership access unlocks all available lessons, including leadership content.

Purchases are one-time in-app purchases. TIPS does not currently use subscriptions.

All purchases are handled by Apple and tied to the Apple ID used at the time of purchase.

Restore purchases

If you purchased access but locked content is not appearing:

1. Open the TIPS app.
2. Go to Store.
3. Tap Restore Purchases.
4. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
5. Close and reopen the app.
